This is a sad admission: I had never been inside of Central Park until my most recent NYC visit. Sure, I had walked as far as a gate or entrance previously but never further. I could kick myself for not spending more time there (before). The amount of green space in NYC for what is, really, a small patch of densely people- and building- populated land is pretty amazing. On this particular day, I had maybe an hour before I needed to start making my journey back to JFK; I was moody, sad that I wouldn’t have much time in the park, but my good friend and travel companion decided we would take a pedi-cab around the park. In regular life and in that moment – he was a genius. I enjoyed every single minute of it. Thank you, Christos and thank you, Central Park. Another #ilovenyc moment was had.
