The Dogs and Cats Walkway was even more impressive in person. Steps from the center of downtown, Frost Museum, PAMM, and Biscayne Bay, it’s a perfect lunch and walking spot. Each dog and cat was painted/designed by a different artist, many of them named for areas of the city.
