Driving north on Fairfax is an education in architecture, art, culture, and old and new LA. The businesses are diverse, the people a mix of Hollywood-hipster-business. I found a cute coffee shop (“Coffee Coffee”) serving Sight Glass coffee (yum), pockets of street art, businesses with distinct personalities (“Pedro” and “Genghis Cohen”), funky stickers (“stay weird” – yes!), and murals befitting a museum.
Northern Fairfax defines the outer edges of West Hollywood and serves as a gateway to Hollywood and the hills.
